Dr Manreet Kahlon wants to replicate the Family support system of Indian Armed Forces in providing healthcare. All the services are focalized on trust, safety, and security using administrative skills of ex-defence personnel (care managers/ care buddies), who are known for their credibility, administrative efficiency, and multitasking ability. Dr Kahlon, a dentist by profession, co-founded IVH SeniorCare with Swadeep Srivastava. She is the Chief Operations Officer of the company.

Dr Kahlon is a serial entrepreneur. Before co-founding IVH, she has successfully created an enterprise looking after more than 1000 ‘elders’ across 22 cities in just 19 months. Providing gainful employment to over 300 people, her commitment and capability has provided gainful employment to girls from lower social strata and has been able to address the issue of elderly care based on the proven Family Support System of the Indian Armed Forces. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she is an avid golfer and golf trainer.
